Dr. RAYMOND H BATE, Managing Director

Ray is Managing Director and also responsible for the
stratigraphic/biostratigraphic input of both proprietary and
non-exclusive studies. His main expertise lies in the
interpretation of non-marine and paralic depositional |
systems. Ray holds BSc, PhD and DSc qualifications in Geology and
Biostratigraphy from Sheffield University. He has previously worked as
lecturer in Geology at MacMaster University, Canada; as a research scientist
at the Natural History Museum, London; Managing Director of
Stratigraphic Services International Limited; Director of Lacustrine Basin
Research Limited and now co-founder of Global Exploration Services

Dr. Andrew Carr, Director
andy@globalexplor.com
Andy is responsible for the promotion of his unique pressure
modelling system supported through his Pres Ro ® software
program. He is also responsible for supervising standard
geochemical technical work for |
| GES. Andy has a BSc in
Geology from Swansea University and a PhD in Organic Geochemistry
from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne. He has some 20+ years of
experience in petroleum geochemistry, largely with British Gas and latterly
with Advanced Geochemical Systems Limited until the founding of Global
Exploration Services Limited in 2000. |

Dr. Robin French, Director
robin@globalexplor.com
Robin is responsible for geophysical matters within GES. He
commenced his career as a field geophysicist on Aramco's
seismic refraction and reflection crews, before moving into
data-processing and interpretation,
|
| initially with Shell International and later with Deminex. Robin joined Ranger Oil as Exploration Manager, subsequently becoming Director in charge of Exploration and of New Ventures: concurrently he was Technical Director
of Union Jack Oil plc. He has been an international consultant for 16 years, involved in technical evaluation, asset portfolio management, commercial analysis and negotiation. 35 years' upstream experience has been acquired in most parts of the world. Robin has a D.Phil. in Experimental Philosophy from Oxford University. Robin joined Global Exploration Services in 2003. |

experience gained through many years of hands-on
exploration as Exploration Manager, New Ventures
Coordinator, Supervisor and Team Leader with

Chevron and its affiliates in
many of the world's oil basins: NW Europe/Atlantic Margin, Eastern Europe,
Mediterranean/North Africa, Middle East, West Africa, US Gulf Coast, South
America, and Southeast Asia.
Broad knowledge of all functional aspects of petroleum exploration and ability
to use information in commercial/business decisions. Proven expertise in
assessing exploration/business opportunities in frontier areas; building the
necessary industry and government relationships; following through to
accomplish company goals and objectives. Formerly a Member of the
Petroleum Group of the Geological Society of London
Director and Trustee of CASP: an industry-funded organization carrying out geological research in frontier areas around the world for the international petroleum industry. CASP is affiliated to the Department of Earth Sciences at Cambridge University, England. Record of Expertise |
